Baker Developments focus on creating stunning, high-quality residences, particularly on small inner-city Sydney blocks. Our challenge in this project was to not only make Baker stand out from the crowd, but effectively convey their point of difference that up-front planning can make for a faster, more cost-effective build. Budget was also a challenge in this project, as the results needed to be as high-touch as the houses they build, without breaking the bank.

The Fix

Baker were the first to run our self-managed strategy process, where clients can opt to develop the strategy piece themselves utilising our Branding Blueprint© process. The team guided Baker at critical points during the process to ensure a solid outcome.

Once the strategy was in place and approved, we began creating the brand look and feel; logo, colour palette, typography and image style. This was then rolled out across their office, team photos, brochures, car wraps and website.

The Afterglow

Baker have thoroughly embraced their new brand, and are using their brand to confidently push hard into social, which has seen 1400% growth in traffic to the site since launch.
